2016 CITY GALA, GRAMMY NIGHT AT THE PLAYBOY MANSION: SIR RICHARD BRANSON, DIDDY & MORE!

Press Pass LA is proud to be a media affiliate for this year’s 2016 City Gala Fundraiser, an invite-only, black-tie fundraiser. This exclusive event takes place following the 58th Annual GRAMMY Awards and features host Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, keynote speaker Sir Richard Branson, and more. 

The Community Inspiring Today’s Youth (CITY) Gala will take place at the Playboy Mansion on Monday, Feb. 15, following the big show! Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs will be hosting the star-studded event which will benefit CITY, a non-profit organization that supports and mentors underserved teens and young adults in developing their own start-up businesses in Los Angeles.

As a LA-based startup ourselves, Press Pass LA is thrilled to be a media affiliate of an event benefitting CITY for the second time, previously working with the charity on an Oscars Gala. Sponsors of this year’s event include: Tagspire, AirVuz, JetSmarter, Seed Invest, Bella Magazine, OK! The night will feature a keynote address by Sir Richard Branson, the billionaire founder of Virgin Group. Branson will also participate in a moderated discussion by actress Jane Seymour. Honorees at the event include astronaut Buzz Aldrin (Lifetime Achievement Award) and American businessman and philanthropist John Paul DeJoria (Legacy of Inspiration Award).

Live performances will also be a part of the fundraiser as well as a celebrity poker tournament, courtesy of DJ Paul Oakenfold, Robert “Kool” Bell of Kool & the Gang, Chanel West Coast, The Stafford Brothers and . 98 Degrees pop star Jeff Timmons will emcee the festivities and there is also a fashion show on the schedule from Hemp Blue. And who could forget the main event, an evening at the world famous Playboy Mansion which is currently on the market!
