How to Combat Holiday Stress 5 Days Before Christmas: Visit Burke Williams Spa

It’s just five days until Christmas! If you’re like me, holiday anxiety is setting in. I still have a million things to tie up at work let alone pack for my trip to see the fam bam or eek…buy gifts. In 60 minutes, I felt like a new woman! After the massage, I stayed to use the dry sauna and take a dip in the spa pool. I NEVER wanted to leave. As if the pampering wasn’t amazing enough, I decided to test out the showers. I have just two words: WATER PRESSURE.  If I could walk over and use their showers every day, I literally would.
