CRITICS’ CHOICE TV AWARDS

Some of the biggest names in television strutted down the red carpet on Monday night for the second annual Critics’ Choice TV Awards at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.  Press Pass LA was there for all the excitement and voting ‘ties’? Let me just say, I have no idea how you could have a tie at an awards show but in a few of the categories, more than one person got the award. But who am I to criticize!

One such tie was in the Best Actress in a Comedy Series category split between Zooey Deschanel, New Girl, and Amy Poehler, Parks and Recreation. I would have thought this was a no-brainier and Zooey for sure was the front runner in my eyes.

Breaking Bad led that night in two categories (I was ecstatic!). This show is intense & the plot thickens when Season 5 premiers Sunday 7/15 on AMC – CAN NOT WAIT!!!

Christina Hendricks (obviously every women wants to be her) looked stunning on the red carpet! She has curves in all the right places, not to mention acting skills! She always brings a stellar performance in Mad Men which is why her win was well deserved for Best Supporting Actress in a Drama Series.

We spoke with other nominees and presentators including Don Cheadle, Donals Faison, Olivia Munn, Justin Long and Jennifer Goodwin. Be sure to check out our full photo gallery and red carpet videos (coming soon!) to see all the looks from this star-studded event.

The full list of winners…tiers?…is below. Do you agree with the critics?

This is the first major awards shows of the upcoming  2012/2013 season, so to be sure to check back with us next time to see if your favorites take home the trophy!
