GRAMMYS is always an exciting time of the year. The music that has been the soundtrack to your life over the past 12 months gets honored and it always feels like one big weekend long party!

360516054,BE550C1C97AEC937CB5 This year GRAMMYs fell on a Monday night and during the long President’s Day weekend and the day after Valentine’s Day. Who could ask for a better 3-day block to celebrate!?  We attended one of our favorite gifting lounges, the GBK Pre-GRAMMYS Luxury Suite, to find out what our favorites songstresses would be taking home this year (hopefully alongside their GRAMMY statuette!)

The event’s presenting sponsor was Boomcase, handmade portable sound systems that are enclosed in a vintage suitcase! These hip gift items make you long for the early 90s boombox craze, only way hipper.

One of the charitable sponsors included the Grammy Museum at L.A. Live which gifted a swag bag filled with guest passes to visit the museum and take in the history of the music industry.  The other charity partner was Unite4Good which is a socially conscious movement dedicated to empowering people to help others.

Some of our favorite products at the lounge included:

American Hat Makers– handmade leather hats made right here in California perfect for any musician’s style. Rocker? Country? They have you (and your head) covered!

AudioPark– What better way to listen to your music than with  professional headphones that are wearable tech! These earbuds are made with high quality state of the art audio technology and are fashionable to boot!

Beija-Flor Jeans– handed out gift cards to try one of their jeans which have universally slimming technology and are specifically designed to make women look and feel good.  And what woman doesn’t want that!

Erika Walton Jewelry– was gifting guests limited addition handmade jewelry made form recycled and vintage toys mixed with crystal, glass, and gemstones. Our favorites were the Looney Tunes line! Perfect for mini-GRAMMY artists in the making 😉 #KidBling

For the adults, Bopulent Jewelry featured custom handmade pieces mixing 14K gold, platinum, silver, and diamonds.  These designs were s360518969,B6FF6070C5B11ACCDD7tunning and every piece was totally unique, just like every artist!

Haute Brush-debuted the first hair straightener that combines a traditional flat iron and a brush! Using a heated brush your hair is sleek and styled within minutes.

Hale Bob– was gifting pieces from their gorgeous women’s fashion line and travel suitcases to the VIP men.

LifeCell– presented their All-In-One Aging Treatment to help keep Hollywood’s biggest stars looking fresh and young when they took the stage on Monday night.

Anyone feeling active? The Toluca Lake Tennis & Fitness Club was on hand gifting one week VIP Club Passes that included tennis training sessions and a massage! Plus the Pasea Hotel & Spa was gifting couples massages, dinner, and a two night stay at their stunning location. Sounds like the perfect way to unwind after  GRAMMYs

If all the gifting had you hungry, you could stope by Ike’s Place for an award-winning sandwich with the best names like the Meatless Mike, the Tony Stark, and Super Mario.

See you next year!
