The masses turned up this past Thursday for Debbie Durkin’s 3rd Annual Rockn Rolla Movie Awards Eco Party at the Pickford Mansion in Hancock Park. The event took place on the lawn of the beautiful estate on a gloriously sunny day, honoring the nominees of this Sunday’s MTV Movie Awards. Additionally, green and pet-loving charities, We Rock Green Mics, Whole Planet Foundation, and Rescue Bank were grateful beneficiaries.
The day fell smoothly to night, peppered with performances by Lily Elyse (The Voice), The Palace Ballroom, Katie Cole, Jonny Kaplan, and others, with DJ Vanilla Chilla spinning in between sets. A number of vendors showcased their products before the green carpet:
Pupchips- Naturally flavored dog treats with added vitamins. They donated 72,000 bags of treats to the Eco Party and charity partner Rescue Bank.
Growler Goods- High-end eco-friendly dog products, from bandanas to harnesses
Larganiam- Nourishing argan oils and creams
Sunday Setup- Kathy Kaehler’s weekly recipes and workout “homework”
Arta Tequila- Fine cocktails composed of simple ingredients
Whole Foods- Snacks and an entire lunch buffet of delicious and healthy options

La+Jo- Boutique clothing store in Venice Beach
Jose Eber- High-end infrared hair styling tools
