The 18th Annual WIN Awards were held this past Friday, February 17th at the Skirball Center in Los Angeles, California celebrating those who create media that promotes gender parity to advance the value of women and girls.
Despite some of the worst flood warnings in Los Angeles history, celebrities and attendees braved the storm to attend and support this event which highlights the critical roles women play in media and in our larger society.
Before the awards were given, attendees dined on hors d’oeuvres and sipped on wine while mingling in the Ahmanson ballroom. The evening included three honorees: Tracy Reiner, receiving the Carrie Fisher Courage Award Recipient; Anne Archer (Fatal Attraction) receiving the Humanitarian Award Honoree; and Karen Sharpe-Kramer (Johnny Ringo) receiving the Unity Award Honoree.
