2019 iHeartRadio ALTer Ego: Weezer Interview + More!

Twenty One Pilots, The Killers, Muse, Weezer, Rise Against, Bishop Briggs, Strumbellas, The Revivalists  and more all took the stage at the 2019 iHeartRadio ALTer Ego at the historic Forum in Los Angeles. The event also included a surprise performance by Tom Morello!

Press Pass LA was on the red carpet chatting with these rockstars before they went on! We caught up with Weezer, Strumbellas, Matt + Kim, and local favorites, lovelytheband.

Of course we had to ask Weezer, alternative rock icons, about their latest cover of “Africa” and their upcoming album.

We also caught up with indie darlings Matt + Kim who shared some of their craziest fan experiences with us and the inspiration behind their hit song “Happy If You’re Happy.”

Strumbellas shared some insight into their fashion choices on stage, as well as their Grammy predictions later this month.

lovelytheband, an up and coming LA favorite, came out to support their friends on stage but shared news about their upcoming tour!
