Acclaimed actor Jude Law received his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame today!
Law currently stars as Jod, a mysterious, enigmatic character, in Lucasfilm’s new series “Star Wars: Skeleton Crew”, which we highlighted during its summer announcement at D23. The show follows the journey of four kids who make a mysterious discovery on their seemingly safe home planet, then get lost in a strange and dangerous galaxy and must find their way home. Along with Law, the series stars Ravi Cabot-Conyers, Ryan Kiera Armstrong, Kyriana Kratter, Robert Timothy Smith, Tunde Adebimpe, Kerry Condon and Nick Frost.
In theaters now, you can also catch Law as an FBI agent who goes after a white supremacist terrorist group that was active in the United States in the 1980s. The film “The Order” also stars Nicholas Hoult, Tye Sheridan, Jurnee Smollett, Alison Oliver, and Marc Maron. Law gives a compelling performance and the film’s timely themes draws the audience into this dangerous world.
Throughout his career, Law has been a part of an impressive slate of projects including the Sherlock Holmes and Fantastic Beasts franchises, Cold Mountain, The Talented Mr. Ripley, The Road to Perdition, The Young Pope TV series, and seasonal cult favorite The Holiday, to name a few.
Law was joined by his wife Phillipa Coan and children Iris and Raff at the ceremony.
We could not be more thrilled to see Law’s consistent and impressive work over the last three decades.
