Are You Ready For a Royal Wedding? Netflix’s ‘The Crown’ Is Betting On It

The upcoming final season for Netflix’s runaway hit The Crown, has teased viewers with snippets of a royal wedding, to send off the series.

The sixth season of the hit show is set to debut later this year on the streaming giant. No it isn’t Harry and Megan’s wedding (shame). Instead, Netflix has revealed that Prince Charles (now King Charles III) and Camilla Parker-Bowles’ 2005 royal wedding will be featured in the sixth and final season of The Crown. Lackluster, with such unappealing faces, except the actor who plays Charles is ridiculously good looking, something the real life figure can’t aspire to be. We digress.

Netflix took to X (formerly known as Twitter) Monday to tease the Peter Morgan-created series’ upcoming season by sharing a photo of a document that read, “Service of prayer and dedication following the marriage of His Royal Highness the Prince of Whales and Her Royal Highness the Duchess of Cornwall.” No scenes from the moment in the final season (yet) but we will be sure to keep our eyes peeled and update you as needed. We hope we are let into the behind the scenes drama of Charles’ remarriage by watching his sons Princes William and Harry protest against the homewrecker. Afterall, we haven’t forgotten that Camilla was the third person in Princess Diana’s marriage.
