CBS’ “SURVIVOR BUFF TAKEOVER” is coming to Los Angeles!

Calling all Survivor fans, your chance to get up close and personal with your favorite reality franchise has arrived!

To celebrate the acclaimed, Emmy Award-winning original series Survivor and its Season 45 premiere milestone next week, the “Survivor Buff Takeover” is coming to LA! Beginning September 21 and leading up to the September 27 season premiere, famous icons, landmarks, and statues in cities from coast to coast will be wrapped in the show’s signature bandana, or “buff,” to illustrate a new group emerging to compete in the greatest game ever played.

Ripley’s Believe It or Not! in Hollywood will be one of the landmarks that will get buffed up. You will be able to check it out for the next week, and it’s an experience you won’t want to miss. The dinosaur will proudly don a buff and join a unique cast of characters across the country. Each of the landmarks symbolizes the concept of strength in its own unique way, be it physical in size or honoring an outstanding achievement in their field.

In homage to Survivor’s signature torches, New York City’s legendary Empire State Building will be illuminated with colors.
