Hosted by the visionary Rick Caruso, this magical evening brought Angelenos together to officially kick off the holiday season with style, sparkle, and spirit.
Before the grand event, Caruso set the tone of generosity by hosting a heartfelt dinner for our city’s heroic first responders—a reminder of the true meaning of the season. The evening was masterfully emceed by Lance Bass, who brought charm and energy to the festivities.
Presented in partnership with Acura, Chase Freedom, and REVOLVE, the night unfolded with dazzling performances by Ryan Tedder, Maren Morris, Rachel Platten, Robin Thicke, Jesse McCartney, Abi Carter, and Sheléa, all under the brilliant direction of legendary Music Director Rickey Minor. Each performance was a showstopper, filling the air with holiday classics and joy.
FOX 11, the event’s official media partner, captured the festivities for all to relive at home, with airings scheduled on:
The evening’s highlights included jaw-dropping acrobatics by Cirque du Soleil’s KOOZA and the enchanting Toy Soldier Drummers and Dancers by Asher Entertainment. As if that wasn’t enough, the night ended with Santa illuminating The Grove’s stunning 100-foot-tall Christmas tree, adorned with 15,000 lights and 10,000 ornaments. Add to that a mesmerizing snowfall, a synchronized drone performance, and a fireworks finale—it was pure holiday magic!
The celebration wasn’t just about entertainment. It embraced the spirit of giving by partnering with Para Los Niños to foster leadership in LA’s youth, with Caruso pledging to match donations up to $100,000 this season.
