COACHELLA- HENNESSY V.S. PRESENTS ‘DETAILS@MIDNIGHT’ HOSTED BY NAS

Anyone who attends Coachella knows that the festival is as much about the after parties in the desert as it is the music! Press Pass LA attended the Hennessy V.S. ‘Details@Midnight’ event hosted by recording artist Nas at a private estate Bermuda Dunes, just off the Indio Coachella grounds!

Attendees were instructed to park at a ‘secret location’ and then were shuttled a few short blocks across a dirt parking lot to the back entrance of a beautiful estate. The landscape was filled with dimly lit tepees which made way to the stage and poolside bars.

The evening opened with a set from DJ Zen Freeman (check our our Q & A with Zen earlier this year here). Then Nas took the stage with DJ Politik telling the crowd, “I was just at home in my bed and now I am here in Palm Springs performing at Coachella with you”, before singing his hit songs including “If I Ruled the World (Imagine That).” Hundreds of guests snapped photos and unleashed their inner high-school self to the jealousy of Instagram friends!

Celebrity guests included Karreuche Tran, Josh Henderson, Brad Goreski, Rumer Willis, Glee star Samuel Larsen, and The Secret Life of an American Teenager star Daren Kagasoff.

The event was presented by sponsor Hennessy V.S. and featured food by Fatburger and Border Grill, who both had food trucks in attendance, plus two bars featuring the following Hennessy V.S. signature drinks:

The Big Apple: Apple juice, maple syrup, lime and cinnamon syrup

Ginger: Ginger beer, lime wheel

White Peach Citrus Sangria: Peach liqueur, fruit, soda

Berry: Pineapple juice, cranberry juice, simple syrup, lime juice and a lime wheel

Nas told Press Pass LA that The Big Apple was his favorite. We will have to agree to disagree as we loved the White Peach Sangria! That’s the nice thing about Coachella, there is something for everyone’s tastes!
