Colibri Pop Up West Hollywood Does Not Disappoint

Entertaining Expert and Television Host Paul Zahn teamed up with El Tesoro Tequila to host a pairing dinner with Chefs Ricardo Zarete and Michael Fiorelli at Colibri Pop Up West Hollywood.

Guests were treated to margaritas and tacos by Tacos on the Alley before enjoying Peruvian/Italian cuisine. The blend of Italian and Peruvian flavors was unexpected and yet a pure delight to taste! Chef Zarete and Chef Fiorelli shared the story of how they decided to blend these unique recipes and how they found so many similarities in cooking despite coming from different cultures. The unison of flavors is one you do not want to miss!

The signature cocktail for the evening was a Spicy Cucumber Margarita and El Tesoro Tequila Ambassador Luis Navarro led a tequila master class for attendees tasting each person on the line up of tequilas.
