Ready to glamp? Or better yet do a local getaway with all the creature comforts of home (inclduing Wi-Fi?!) Cabana Vans has you covered.
Cabana Vans have a Front Desk team available to answer any questions you may have before and during your excursion. The Vans are available to rent in both LA and Seattle. Say hello to a Pacific Northwest Adventure anyone? The WiFi connection that is included with the van is through T-Mobile. This means that the WiFi will only work in areas that have T-Mobile coverage. The Cabana team includes a map of all the areas covered, which is very handy. In Los Angeles you’ll recieve an email that gives you all the necessary instructions for enjoying your Van-cation including how to pick it up from the Andaz parking in West Hollywood. Cabana Vans really do offer all the comforts of a hotel room. In the van you’ll find you’re able to sleep on an 8” graphite-infused memory foam mattress—the ultimate in cooling comfort. Its the size of a camper Queen, which means two people will be comfortable for the night. If you’re over 6ft if might be a bit of a squeeze though. The van also comes with a 24” tv screen with Amazon Fire TV. There are USB ports and power outlets located by the bed to charge your devices overnight (yes with the van off).
Another aspect of the van is that it is also realtively green. The Cabana’s electrical systems are powered by a combination of 2 160-Watt solar panels, the engine (when it is running), and “shore power.” Shore power means you can plug-in to any standard outlet. The incorporation of solar energy is very exciting as we all move towards more efficient and cleaner resources.
If you need help with your trip the Cabana Vans team can help you there too. The incredibly creative team at Cabana will curate an itinerary for you based on your trip style and goals, at no additional fee.If you want to see sample itinerary ideas we’ve linked them for you here.
We took a road trip to Joshua Tree, as we enjoyed a virtually trafficless route there, Cabana’s curated playlist kept our spirits high and got our mindset into zen and fun for a day away from the bustle of Los Angeles. The park entrance is $30 for a week pass, and you’ll have to reserve your camping spot in advance. We recommend taking two days to enjoy all the trails and passes Joshua Tree offers. One of our favorite stops is the Cholla Garden.
Use the code PRESSPASS50 for $50 off bookings made now through the end of June. The Cabana Van’s team curated a playlist for our journey (and they will for you as well!). You can find it here, if interested. Get ready to hang up your hats and go on the luxury road trip of your dreams.
