Escape to NYC with us for a dining adventure at Baby Brasa.
Let us kidnap you to the West Village and dine with us at Baby Brasa. The Peruvian fare restaurant is curated by none other than model and chef Franco Noreiga (who dare we say it, is a dish himself). The restaurant features a floor to ceiling glass enclosure which makes you feel like NYC is loving you through every bite of the delectable menu.
Some of our favorites off of the menu include the Mango Caipirinha which is not to be missed. You’ll also be glad you got the Margaritas, trust us.
Kick off your meal with the chicken empanadas. They are incredibly flavorful and the chicken just melts in your mouth. The outside of the empanada is a perfect golden crust. This is one puff pastry you shouldn’t leave Baby Brasa without trying.
Do the Cassava fries. We can’t even say more. They are all the hype and more.
For your mains we recommend you try Baby Brasa’s Rotisserie Chicken Stew. The meal comes with pulled rotisserie chicken, in a yellow pepper and parmesan cheese sauce served over bakes potatoes and rice. The sauce will leave you wanting more, and all the flavors compliment one another very well.
Our second choice in main entrees is their Amazon friend rice. You’ll find this dish is no regular friend rice venture. Its Peruvian style fried rice with pork, pineapple, eggs, and bacon bits topped with barbecue pork ribs.
Finally, don’t skip the churros. You will thank us. We do not claim responsibility for any churro addiction which may result from consumption. Be sure to check their website for special events. The night we went, we loved the live music which really gave a genuine South American vibe to the entire dining experience.
