Get your taste buds ready! Petite Taqueria has teamed up with Chef Tway to transport your palette into the enticing flavors of Vietnamese cuisine.
Tway Da Bae is known for her devout followers who flock to her social media for her food expertise. Chef is a foodie herself (duh) and a digital content creator, as well as a celebrated chef whose set to feature her first 7-course Vietnamese meal tasting with Petite Taqueria. The seven course experience took place over two evenings July 27th +28th. The event saw wall to wall bookings as denizens anticipated her highly regarded curated menu.

Appetizers
Surf & Turf Hor D’oeuvres: Trio platter of honey shrimp bite, cubed filet mignon wraps & umami lime wings
Chilli Oil & Chinese Donuts: Fresh Chinese donuts with a chili oil dip
Entrees
Xíu mại: Juicy pork meatballs in roasted tomato sauce served with French baguette.
Lemongrass Chicken with broken rice: Grilled lemongrass chicken with broken rice served with a crispy quail egg, pickled veggies and sweet fish sauce.
Shrimp Garlic Noodles: Butter garlic Capelli d’Angelo pasta with seared tiger prawns.
