Queen Mary’s ScotsFestival returns for its 27th year celebrating the bonnie ship’s Scottish heritage.
Grab your Kilt’s, but out your bagpipes and get ready for haggis! This two-day festival would make William Wallace feel right at home, with tons of music, dancing, food (mince and tatties, anyone?) and athletic competitions straight from the Scottish Highlands and Lowlands alike. Watch as modern competitors face off in ancient feats of strength like hammer throwing, then head off to sample some whisky and scotch. The Scots Festival will have you watch collies herd sheep, and more. Plus, wee lads and lassies can visit the Kids Zone to try their hands at their own Highland Games. Don’t miss this amazing celebration of all things Scottish!
