Glen Ivy Hot Springs, Southern California’s leading wellness destination for 160 years, has unveiled a new culinary program rooted in mindful eating and nutritious ingredients.
Ivy Kitchen, Glen Ivy Hot Springs’ signature restaurant, is serving a three-course prix fixe lunch menu of creative seasonal dishes made from organic produce and fresh proteins. A colorful menu, their guests will have the option to pick from three appetizers, five entrees and three desserts to create a personalized, balanced eating experience. Each entrée is perfectly paired with a premium five-ounce wine to complement the meal and spa experience.
“Glen Ivy’s cuisine is bridging the gap between light, nutrient-rich spa food and familiar flavors that fuel our guests for a day of wellness and fitness,” says Sandra Miller, Director of Sales and Marketing at Glen Ivy Hot Springs.
Ivy Kitchen’s three-course prix fixe lunch is included in Glen Ivy Hot Springs’ Passport to Wellness and Massage and Lunch packages. A curated spa day, Passport to Wellness is an all-day retreat that includes a 50-min spa massage or facial, private lounge with a changing cabana, dedicated spa host, access to Glen Ivy’s pools, Club Mud, fitness classes, a robe rental, water-resistant phone pouch, and three-course lunch. Spa-goers seeking a partial spa day can enjoy the Massage and Lunch package, which includes a 50-min massage and three-course lunch. Massage and Lunch does not include access to Glen Ivy’s pools and resort amenities.
