On Sept 20th, Secret Room Events hosted a relaxing Red Carpet Retreat at the Intercontinental Hotel in Century City to celebrate the upcoming 71st Annual Emmy Awards. The exclusive guest list of Emmy nominated, past Emmy winners and Hollywood’s finest were truly pampered, with hair, nail, make-up and lash services on site. Guests were relaxing in the beautiful green garden setting with treats, beverages, wine, and full service branded Cannabis bar provided by From The Earth.
Sleepy Wonders were showcasing reversible slip-on sleeves. 2020 Grammy contender singer/song writer Shelita Burke was very happy with this creative product as it is compact and yet can transform sleeveless and strapless tops and dresses into something new.
Mercedes Brunelli was showcasing their collection of sparkling clutches. The designer explained that the most popular product is a clutch attached to a bold lion head design made from rhinestones. Guests were given compact make-up mirrors decorated with colorful rhinestones.
Primo Water demonstrated their counter-top water dispenser. Guests were given reusable stainless steel water bottles. This product fits right in with today’s trend of a healthier lifestyle of drinking more and cleaner water while reducing plastic waste.
1more (usa.1more.com) gifted attendees their headphones, known to be the current best-selling and fastest-growing products in all tech. Guests were given a set of dual dynamic driver in-ear headphones, perfect for a relaxing post-Emmy’s trip!
Deserts Daisy Jewelry was showcasing their vintage-inspired necklaces where the pendants are crystal pieces. Crystals are known to have mysterious power and these statement pieces certainly seem to have that pull. Guests were treated to silk tassel earrings in various colors.

Ohh La Lemon (ohhlalemon), an entrepreneurial venture by two 13-year-olds- Hailey and Katie- had a beautiful display of pet accessories in bright green and yellow with lemon design. The product line is appropriately named Lemonstatic and consists of a coordinated set of collars, leashes and also fashionable bows to match. Previously featured on the Today Show, the pair of young entrepreneurs were also giving the pet parents matching socks and headbands in the same design to keep up with their stylish pets.
Inika gave each guest a gift bag that has a range of certified organic, vegan and cruelty-free makeup. These luminous products are definitely our lounge favorite!
The event was in benefit of Best Friends Animal Society, a pet rescue and advocacy group which was on site encouraging guests to adopt or consider fostering pets.
