‘Handmaid’s Tale’ Has Given Us a Moutherwatering Teaser For The Series’ Upcoming 5th Season

We can hardly breathe was we await the release of Handmaid’s Tale season 5.

“I want her to know that it was me,” says June (Elisabeth Moss) in the teaser trailer about her final season four act, which directly impacts Serena (Yvonne Strahovski). While also simultaneously delivering Olenna Tyrell vibes as she dies while burning Cersei’s world down around her. Could that line be a foreshadowing of what is to come in season five? We hope so!

The trailer for the fifth season of Hulu’s hit series, Handmaid’s Tale sets (Elisabeth Moss) June up against her living former abuser, Serena (Yvonne Strahovski). Though at times throughout the Gilead-set series, the two women have had their moments of allyship, the teaser trailer that dropped today (7.14.22) suggests that the two women at the center of the show will once again be standing firmly on opposite sides of the war.

 The new season releases Sept. 14.
