HOLLYSHORTS COMES TO A CLOSE

The 8th Annual Hollyshorts Film Festival took place at the Chinese Theater in Hollywood and wrapped with a standing room only awards ceremony hosted by Amy Paffrath. It was the most attended Hollyshorts to date and included screeings, panels, and receptions.

The HollyShorts Best Overall Short Film prize, which wins a $10,000 in post production and finishing services package from Company 3, went to Director Bryan Buckley for his film ASAD. The HollyShorts Best Director Award which wins a $10,000 post production and finishing services package from Company 3, went to Grainger David for his short film The Chair. Other notable prizes were given out for Best Documentary Short which went to Stephanie Butler’s Bo and The Method Studios Best VFX Award went to John Roberts’ The Wheel.
