Hotel Ziggy Keeps The Sunset Strip Swinging With Music Nights

Hotel Ziggy is quickly becoming to go to spot for a great music night out with friends on the Sunset Strip.

We Found Music is an ongoing musical showcase series that you can catch on Tuesday evenings at Hotel Ziggy. Last night saw the talents of Hannah Mrozak, Petie, Anderson Rocio, and birthday girl Bailey Bryan. The hotel’s lobby manages to be large and yet cozy all at once. You’re able to sit and sip while you listen to tunes or head towards the designated stage area and jam. Hotel Ziggy’s space makes it possible to get a few dance moves in while also not feeling the crush of the crowd which is a massive bonus on the iconic Sunset Strip.

We kicked off the night enjoying Hannah Mrozak whose vocals made us sure this is one artist to watch. We wouldn’t be surprised to see her opening for some big names in the near future with the pipes she proudly displayed yesterday evening. The draw of the night for the We Found Music show was Bailey Bryan, whose music is fun and leans into hophop. We can certainly see the catchy appeal for GenZ and how she may skyrocket with catchy tunes and lyrics. Our musical pick of the night however, still goes to Hannah Mrozak, no one showed off their vocals quite like she did yesterday evening. If you haven’t given her a listen go look her up, you won’t be disappointed.

Hotel Ziggy also boasts a full bar and a pizza window known as B-Side Pizza on Sunset blvd. Yes, you can get pizza inside but how fun is it to rock up to an outdoor pizza window, grab a slice and bounce? We snagged a semi-quiet spot after enjoying front row at the stage to chat, grub, and enjoy a cocktail for the evening. We kicked off our dining experience while enjoying the tunes that pulsed throughout the space. The most popular drink on Ziggy’s menu is their Evil Ways, and it’s quite evil indeed…it tastes like a high quality spa drink which makes it oh so easy to forget theres alcohol in it! Don’t forget, but do enjoy responsibly. We also tried their Californication which was an expressway to sweet-tooth delights. If you have a sweet tooth and are craving libations this is the drink tailor made for you.

Okay, now the main event: Pizza. Of course we ordered Pizza, we got a slice of their Pepperoni, Sausage, and Cacio e Pepe Pizza. While a hot debate ensued whether the Pepperoni or Sausage was the best (the pepperoni) we’ll let you decide in the end so be sure to circle back and let us know your favorite. The Cacio e Pepe is vegetarian friendly, and is B-Side Pizza’s version of a white pizza if you’re familiar. Also, they have truffle fries on their menu, no notes. Who can refuse truffle fries? We know we can’t.

B-Side’s pizza window is open every Friday and Saturday night from 9:00pm – 2:00am streetside on the Strip.
