Hulu’s “The Handmaid’s Tale” Premieres at Tribeca Film Festival

Hulu’s latest series,”The Handmaid’s Tale,” based on the 1985 Margaret Atwood novel premiered at the BMCC Tribeca PAC at the Tribeca Film Festival in New York City. We chatted with star Elisabeth Moss and producers, Bruce Miller and Warren Littlefield.

Based on the celebrated 1985 novel by Margaret Atwood, The Handmaid’s Tale is the story of what happens to the United States after a far-right religious group seizes control of the government. There are a few changes from the novel, but for the most part, the Hulu series follows the book closely. Perhaps the show is a hitting a bit too close to home right now for some, but if you can grimace through some of the more disturbing scenes, you will surely fall for this series!

Executive Producer, Bruce Miller, takes us into the world of “The Handmaid’s Tale.”

Producer, Warren Littlefield, tells us why he chose this project.
