Sequential Body’s new on-demand fitness classes combine the mental health improvement benefits of yoga along with strength training to help users stay fit in these uncertain times. All classes on the platform are designed to tone, tighten, and relax users. Classes are available Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 9:00 a.m. PT via LiveStream and are available online after each livestream so users can tune in at times that work well given everyone’s unique schedules these days.

Sequential Body is currently running a trial promotion cost free for seven days for new users. After the trial period, a membership to the Sequential Body platform that includes three unique classes a week runs for $20 a month.  Founded in 2020 by wellness guru, Emilie Perz.
