Women took center stage over Super Bowl weekend with high profile moments like icon Serena Williams’ surprise halftime show appearance, Nike’s return to big game ads with “So Win”, and events like Women Raise the Game’s “Champions” event honoring women in sports.
Women Raise the Game hosted “Champions” on the Friday before Super Bowl at Le Meridien Hotel New Orleans. The event featured Super Bowl Champion Michael Strahan presenting his business partner and long time friend, powerhouse CEO of SMAC Entertainment, Constance Schwartz-Morini, with the Woman of the Year Award.
The event also featured a lineup of remarkable women in sports hosted by Philanthropist, Actress, and wife of California Sports Hall of Famer Rodney Peete, Holly Robinson Peete.
Women Raise the Game’s mission is to support, elevate, and celebrate new mainstream women. The Champions experience also honored Ashley Smith, Visionary of the Year and Sabrina Greenlee, Advocate of the Year, for their contributions to the sports industry.
Last year’s Women of the Year honoree Zaileen Janmohamed (Bay Area Host Committee) was on hand to share a few words about what the honor had meant to her and how Santa Clara looks forward to hosting the Super Bowl in 2026, before passing the torch to Constance Schwartz-Morini.
“I am incredibly honored to be recognized as Woman of the Year by Women Raise The Game. The mission resonates deeply with my own journey. Throughout my career, I’ve learned that success is never achieved alone—it’s built through meaningful connections, shared opportunities, and a commitment to collaboration. WRTG is creating a space where ambitious women can connect, support one another, and turn their boldest ambitions into reality. I’m proud to be part of a community that values the power of relationships and collective success,” said Constance Schwartz-Morini, SMAC Entertainment.

“In partnership with the NFL, it is our honor to host the Women Raise the Game Super Bowl event for the second year. It is so important to celebrate and connect women in sports.
