Phoebe Bridgers Surprises With New Song, ‘Sidelines,’ From Hulu’s ‘Conversations With Friends’

Hulu’s latest Page to Screen adaptation, Conversations With Friends isn’t the only topic on everyone’s mind. Phoebe Bridgers nabbed the spotlight when fans clocked her newest single, “Sidelines” in the show’s trailer.

The moody and low-key track is from Hulu’s adaptation of Sally Rooney’s low-key blockbuster Conversations With Friends. It was the author’s first novel but she is best known for her last Hulu’s Page to Screen adaptation hit, Normal People. Phoebe Bridgers will be making her first-ever appearance at the Coachella festival this and next weekend, and then will launch her tour of North America and Europe through the end of August.
