Director Tim Burton curated an excellent exhibit of his life’s art work which debuted in New York City at NYC’s Museum of Modern Art followed by a run here at LACMA.
Now after years of his creative genius being missing from museum’s you’ll be able to visit the eclectic directors work at the Neon Museum in Las Vegas, Nevada. The exhibit is set to run form October 15, 2019 to February 15, 2020. The new Tim Burton exhibit promises to feature new works in addition to the pieces chosen for their previous installments in NYC and LA. The show promises to be a site specific installation, collaborated on by Tim Burton and the Neon Museum. The filmmakers creative legacy is intriguing and will showcase his love for the Neon Boneyard which he popularized during a memorable sequence of his 1996 comedy Mars Attacks.
We loved the LACMA installation, and can’t wait to see what he brings to Vegas later this year. Meanwhile enjoy the images from his installation in Seoul, South Korea.
