Top 3 Day Parties of Coachella 2018
Coachella kicks off Thursday (unofficially) to Sunday and we’ve survived four long days of epic day parties to tell YOU, our dear reader, which events you definitely need to clear your schedule for!
Don’t be a noob and miss out on Coachella weekend one. All the best surprises happen this weekend!
Revolve:
Okay so this is one invite you’re probably going to have a hard time getting your hands on. The only invitees are celebs and influencers, so make some new friends for next year. Everyone from Olivia Culpo, to Alessandra Ambrosio are in attendance and Revolve rocks the house by throwing not one but three incredible day parties. They also hosted a brunch with Nicole Richie X Urban Decay, and an invite only night party but more on that later. Revolve threw a pool party on Friday to welcome their guests sponsored by Benefit Cosmetics who gave free brow makeovers, a hair station by none other than Mane Addicts, Quay Australia was on hand gifting sunnies, and Revolve even had an ultra exclusive gifting suite by brands like: Alé by Alessandra Ambrosio, Privacy Please, House of Harlow, and many many more. As if that wasn’t enough, all events were catered and the dj was on point all day long! And that was just at their pool party. Their exclusive Revolve Festival had the carnival swings from Michael Jackson’s Neverland Estate, a rose Maze with it’s middle surprising guests with Moet, more Quay giveaways, and other fun little items, as well as lunch by Skinny Girl pizza. They had E! News on hand covering all the action while Snoop Dogg, Migos and Chance the Rapper all performed, VIP’s like Kendall Jenner and Shay Mitchell were enjoying the dance floor while the dj slayed the tunes. KROQ:
Welcome to the summertime day party you NEED an invite to! Can KROQ do this back in LA? Full of all the best lawn party games like beer pong, giant Jenga, giant Connect Four and more, you couldn’t help but kickback a cocktail and have a blast. This is our kind of party. KROQ made it fun and easy to meet new people, win and lose at a few games while kicking back with more traditional summer bbq foods, and of course an open bar. The best part? KROQ built a stage across from the pool and had a poolside concert series going all day long! Now thats what we’re talking about! Some of their musical acts included: Portugal. The Man, Odesza, Bleachers, The Neighbourhood, BØRNS, Vance Joy, Greta Van Fleet, LP, Marian Hill, Sir Sly and many more. It was so epic! We’re definitely excited to check out their line up next year as well! Portugal. the Man was hands down our favorite…or maybe Vance Joy….it was a great weekend of stellar line ups! KROQ also sponsored a fan giveaway, for anyone hoping to score tickets. Make sure you’re tuning in next April as this is one ticket you must have to get the real Coachella experience. And remember, if you didn’t take a photo, it didn’t happen.

Genies Mirage:
Now this was a new one for us, and we have to say we were impressed. Pretty married to our traditional events we love, we trekked out for Genies Mirage and we have to tell you all, it was really worth it. The day party included the standard open bar, and killer dj. But what set it apart were it’s fun performers and activities throughout the oasis. With stilt walkers and silk performers it was a joy to sit back and kick it while they put on a show. The Mirage also featured fun sock giveaways with a giant piano you could play on à la Tom Hanks in ‘Big’. We picked up a super cute bikini thanks to Australian designer Ark swimwear, and retro style glasses and watch from MVMT. The entire event was a blast, with a great DJ set throughout. This is definitely a party we’d go to year after year. The Genies 3D avatar app really outdid themselves for their first Coachella shin-dig.
