Trailer Tuesday: ‘My Best Friend Anne Frank’

Netflix has debuted yet another incredible film, and this time it is focusing on the heart wrenching story of Anne Frank, in a way we haven’t seen told before.

Based on the real-life relationship between Anne Frank and Hannah Goslar, from Nazi-occupied Amsterdam to their harrowing reunion in a concentration camp. The film is based on Alison Leslie Gold’s Memories of Anne Frank: Reflections of a Childhood Friend, stems from Hannah Goslar’s account of their friendship. While the film is based on the real life friendship, cinematic liberty is taken to play up or down some scenes. The film is a must see for your 2022 film list.
