The Mondrian Los Angeles debuts its all-new Magic Box Exhibit w/Artist Justin Prough

The art exhibit, “The Fictional Reality of California Beach Culture” by local artist Justin Prough of Artlounge Collective, is now on display to the public at Mondrian Los Angeles until March 27, 2022.

The contemporary art collection captures the sunny charm of the Los Angeles beach scene with subversive “pin-up” style dolls and toy cars digitally painted from tableaus the artist creates on location. Justin Prough is a Los Angeles-based artist, designer, builder, surfer and fifth-generation Californian whose work reflects the struggle between sunny days, good waves and the environmental & political unrest of our times. Prough’s work is exhibited in California and in private collections across the U.S.
