Trailer Tuesday: ‘The Quiet Place: Day One’

After the runaway success of The Quiet Place and its sequel it should come as no surprise that Lupita Nyong’o has signed on for the latest installement in the franchise. The Quiet Place: Day One is just as the title suggests, a prequel set in the beginning of the invasion.

A Quiet Place: Day One follows a woman (Lupita Nyong’o) as she struggles to survive in New York City during an alien invasion. The film is an upcoming apocalyptic horror film that serves as a spin-off prequel in the A Quiet Place film series. It is directed by Michael Sarnoski, who wrote the screenplay based on an original story by John Krasinski and Michael Sarnoski.
